3. Pricing and Payment
The prices of our products are displayed on the Site in Indian Rupees (INR).

Payments made on the Site are processed by a third-party payment provider. You acknowledge that the payment gateway services available through the Site are owned and operated by the payment provider, and we do not warrant or accept liability for the timeliness or security of these services or the handling of payments.

We shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly from the decline of a transaction authorization due to the cardholder exceeding the preset limit agreed upon between us and our bank.


4. Delivery and Shipping
We aim to ship all orders within 3 days of receipt. While we strive to minimize delays, occasional anomalies in delivery times may occur. For details on delivery timelines for bulk orders, please contact us at theanvanicentre@gmail.com.

Sales are conducted on a "first come, first served" basis. Merchandise may not be restocked once sold out, and we do not guarantee the availability of any product in our inventory. You will be notified only when an item is sold out.
We reserve the right to cancel your order due to inventory issues, internal challenges, or external factors such as strikes, interstate regulations, or delivery outages. If your order is canceled, we will notify you and issue a refund.

Currently, we only ship products within India. If you are located outside India, please contact us at theanvanicentre@gmail.com, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

5. Products and Services

5.1. For Personal Use
The products and services described on this Site, including any samples, are intended for your personal use only. Resale of merchandise purchased from the Website Provider is prohibited without prior permission.
We reserve the right to refuse or limit orders that, in our sole discretion, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, distributors, or otherwise violate these Terms and Conditions. If we modify or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the email, mailing address, or telephone number provided at the time of purchase.

Please note that all products sold through the Site are locally sourced and handmade with the intent of promoting a zero-waste lifestyle without compromising quality. As a result, you expressly acknowledge that there may be variations in the products due to factors such as climatic conditions, seasonal changes, traditional processes, and more.

7. Artwork Terms & Conditions

7.1 Title and Risk
Ownership of the Artwork transfers to you once the purchase price is paid in full. Upon payment, you become the legal owner of the Artwork, and the risk of damage to or loss of the Artwork passes to you.

7.2 Ownership of the Artwork Copyright
Copyright in the Artwork remains the property of the Artist.
You may not create or reproduce any image of the Artwork, nor may you publish or submit any image of the Artwork for publication or reproduction to any third party, including any internet website, for any purpose.
The Artwork offered for sale on this website is original and available exclusively on this website. The Artist expects that the Artwork will be retained by you for personal enjoyment and not purchased for resale. Specifically, you may not sell or offer the Artwork for sale on any offline or internet-based auction site or any other website.
If you breach any of your obligations under paragraph 7.2, you agree that damages may not be a sufficient remedy to compensate the Artist. The Artist reserves the right to seek further remedies, which may include but are not limited to:
Applying to the court for an order to prevent you from continuing to breach these Terms and Conditions.
Contacting the operator of any website where the Artwork is offered for sale or where an image of the Artwork has been placed by you or at your direction, and instructing them to remove any such offer for sale or image from the website.

8. Your Obligations and Responsibilities

It is your responsibility to seek professional medical or dermatological advice before using our products. We are not liable for any product-related issues, including allergic reactions. Discontinue use and consult a medical professional if any discomfort occurs.

We are not liable for any direct, indirect, special, punitive, exemplary, incidental, or consequential damages related to the Site or your use of it, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our maximum aggregate liability is limited to INR 2000.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.

7. Disputes
Any disputes related to the Site or these Terms and Conditions will be governed by Indian law and adjudicated in the courts of Pune, India. If an amicable resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be referred to a sole Arbitrator under the Arbitration Act, 1996. Arbitration will take place in Pune, India, and the Arbitrator’s award will be final and binding.

8. Severability
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, it will only affect that provision or part thereof, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

9. General
Full Agreement: These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement regarding your use of the Site and supersede all prior communications or agreements.
Amendments: We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at our discretion by posting changes on the Site. Changes are effective immediately upon posting.
