I AM ANVANI
I shed the shoes that wandered far,

And with them, shed the weight of roads and tar;

Leaving behind the echoes of places that shaped me,

Keeping only the good, the great, what set my spirit free.

Coming home Anvani is a ritual that shields,

One where time softens and stillness heals;

Like bowing down at the temple door;

To the power that cradles, the ones with less and more.

As I become Anvani, I meet the truest part of me,

Masks dissolve, and now I see;

Raw, tender, real — I simply am,

A note in the song, part of the Divine plan.

In this sacred pause, I learn my soul’s own tongue,

Each feeling etched on the scroll, my story sung;

Touching the essence that stirs awake,

I come back home — not to walls, but to the space I now make.

And now as I speak, as I sing, as I claim,

My voice is a lantern, not a flame;

It lights my waters, sets my sea free,

I am who I am — I am Anvani.

Blends psychology with ancient healing

Guides through Pranic Healing, Tai Chi, Breathwork & Art Therapy

Always learning, always exploring

Arundhati is a healer—but not the kind who tells you what to believe. She’s the “try it and see” kind, the one who will hand you a cup of tea, teach you to breathe differently, and let you discover your own magic. Her journey has taken her through Pranic Healing, Tai Chi, Art Therapy, Breathwork, and Counselling Psychology, each adding another colour to the palette she now uses at The Anvani Centre. Her approach is simple: choose what resonates, leave what doesn’t, and stay open to surprises.

A quiet strength wrapped in softness

Turns curiosity into a guiding light

Trushna is an explorer—a curious soul who loves questions. She asks them, answers them, and then dares to question them again. For her, growth comes not from having all the answers, but from staying open to what the next question brings. A cosmetician by education, a learner by passion, and a healer by purpose, she carries a magic in her hands that even she finds hard to explain.

A serendipitous meeting with Arundhati set her on a path of self-exploration, which quietly unfolded into her true calling: guiding others towards their best selves.

Saish

Saish Gupta

Anvani Guide

Saish is a quiet spark — gentle yet powerful. She brings curiosity and calm wherever she goes, blending psychology and healing into something both grounding and expansive.

Currently studying Psychology, she sees the mind as a story to understand, not a problem to fix. Pranic Healing felt like a homecoming — a space where empathy meets energy.

She finds joy in the simple things: a cup of chai, a familiar song, a quick doodle when she should be studying. Still finding her rhythm, she reminds us that healing isn’t about being finished — it’s about staying in flow.
