Terms & Conditions
By booking or using services at The Anvani Centre you agree to the following terms. These are intended to keep our space safe, clear, and trustworthy.
1. Nature of services
We offer holistic services — Pranic Healing, Tai Chi Flow, counselling, breathwork, and allied practices. These are complementary and not substitutes for medical treatment. Continue any medical care recommended by your healthcare provider.
2. Bookings & payments
-
Appointments confirmed after payment or agreed booking procedure.
-
Cancellations/rescheduling require at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations may be charged or recorded as used sessions.
-
Payments are non-refundable except at our discretion.
3. Confidentiality
All client communications and session records are confidential. We will not share identifiable session content without your informed consent.
4. Testimonials & media (consent-first)
You may be invited to share feedback or a testimonial. We will only publish testimonials with your explicit permission. If you agree to be named, we will show you how your name and words will appear before publishing. You can revoke or request removal of your testimonial at any time by contacting contact@theanvanicentre.com. Photos, audio, or video recordings will be used only with explicit consent.
5. Results & responsibility
Outcomes vary by individual. The Anvani Centre does not guarantee specific results. Healing is a co-created process that depends on many factors including the client’s openness and consistency.
6. Conduct
We expect respectful behaviour from clients and staff. Any abusive or harmful conduct may result in termination of services without refund.
7. Online sessions
For remote classes or healings, ensure a private, quiet space and stable internet. We are not responsible for technical disruptions on the client’s side.
8. Intellectual property
All materials (text, audio, images, videos) are property of The Anvani Centre unless otherwise noted. Do not reproduce or distribute without written permission.
9. Changes to terms
We may update these terms occasionally. Major changes will be communicated via email or posted on the website.
