Integrative Wellness Internship Programme

Explore healing.
Engage with philosophy.
Experience integrative wellness.

At The Anvani Centre, we see wellness as an exploration of the human experience through

healing, knowledge, and practice.

Our three-month Integrative Wellness Internship Programme brings together three areas of learning: Pranic Healing, Indian Psychology and Philosophy, and Integrative Healing Modalities. Through structured learning, practical experiences, and guided inquiry, interns explore different dimensions of wellbeing and discover how these perspectives come together in practice.

The programme also offers opportunities to experience healing sessions, develop practical skills, and contribute to community wellbeing through CSR initiatives.

Whether you are beginning your exploration of integrative wellness or looking to deepen your experience,

this is an opportunity to learn, participate, question, and grow.

Core Areas of Exploration

Pranic Healing

Discover the principles, philosophy, and practice of Pranic Healing as taught by Master Choa Kok Sui.

Through structured learning, demonstrations, and guided practice, you will develop an understanding of the energetic approach to wellbeing and learn foundational healing techniques.

Experience how healing sessions are approached at Anvani, develop consistency in your practice, and explore the responsibilities that come with working with people.

Learning beyond the classroom

Experience healing

Gain insight into the experience of healing at Anvani through appropriate opportunities to observe or participate in healing sessions. These experiences connect foundational learning with the practice of working with people and help develop an understanding of the session environment, practitioner responsibilities, and client experience.
All session experiences follow consent, confidentiality, and programme protocols.

Plan and conduct CSR initiatives

Every cohort participates in organising two CSR events. Work collaboratively on planning, coordination, and execution, and experience how community initiatives move from an idea to meaningful action.
Through this process, you will develop teamwork, communication, organisation, and an understanding of community engagement.

Learn through practice & reflection

Participate in guided exercises, peer learning, discussions, practical assignments, and reflective activities. Receive feedback, explore questions, and develop greater awareness of your learning process and approach to working with people.

Two tiers. One learning journey.

Both tiers run for three months, with two hours of engagement per day, Monday to Friday. Each tier builds around the same three pillars while offering a different depth of experience.

Tier 1: Foundations

Sponsored Pranic Healing Training
As part of Tier 1, interns receive sponsored enrolment in the Basic Pranic Healing and Advanced Pranic Healing courses. These courses are conducted at authorised Pranic Healing teaching centres, providing formal instruction and training in the respective courses.
Duration: Three months
Format: Hybrid, with two on-site days per week
Cohort size: Four interns per intake
Focus: Foundational knowledge, introductory practice, experiential learning, and reflection
Remuneration: Unpaid internship; sponsored course fees are provided as described above.

Tier 1 introduces interns to the foundations of Pranic Healing, Indian Psychology and Philosophy, and the broader landscape of integrative wellness. The programme combines structured learning, introductory practice, guided discussions, selected guest sessions, healing experiences, and CSR participation.

You will become familiar with Anvani's approach, build a foundation for further learning, and explore your interest

in pursuing this field.

Tier 2: Practice and Integration

Sponsored Pranic Psychotherapy Training
As part of Tier 2, interns receive sponsored enrolment in the Pranic Psychotherapy course, conducted at an authorised Pranic Healing teaching centre. This builds on the foundational training and supports a deeper engagement with Pranic Healing practice.
The focus is on developing practical competence, learning through feedback, and understanding the responsibilities of an Anvani Guide.
Duration: Three months
Format: On-site, five days per week
Cohort size: Two interns per intake
Focus: Deeper Pranic Healing practice, facilitation, supervised learning, and expanded integrative exposure
Remuneration: Paid internship; stipend details will be shared with shortlisted applicants.

Tier 2 offers a more immersive experience for selected interns who wish to develop their Pranic Healing practice and engage more deeply with Anvani's approach. Alongside continued exploration of Indian Psychology and Philosophy, interns participate in practical sessions, case discussions, facilitation exercises, and supervised learning experiences.

Tier 2 also expands the exploration of integrative healing modalities through guest practitioners. These sessions may include yoga therapy, Ayurvedic nutrition, sound healing, expressive arts, movement, theatre, and play-based approaches.

A pathway to becoming an Anvani Guide

The internship is an opportunity to discover integrative wellness through learning, practice, and participation.
For those who find their calling in this work, it can also be the beginning of a longer journey with The Anvani Centre. As the centre grows, we aim to develop a team of Anvani Guides who combine practical skill, thoughtful inquiry, consistency,

and a deep sense of responsibility towards the people they serve.
Interns who demonstrate the required competence, professional conduct, and alignment with the centre's approach may be considered for future employment opportunities, based on organisational requirements and mutual fit.
Completion of the internship does not guarantee employment.

Learn through experience. Explore through inquiry. Grow through practice.

This work is humbly dedicated to our teacher, Master Choa Kok Sui, and to all the guides who light our way.
