Atma namaste everyone!!
This time, it’s all three of us—your Anvani Guides—speaking with you. As 2025 comes to an end, we are taking a moment to acknowledge all that 2025 brought us, and what we’d like to carry forward into 2026.

Saish: I’ll start! 2025 was a year of change, in ways I both expected and couldn’t have imagined. My body transformed, my energy became more attuned, and I found myself growing more intuitive with every experience. This year pushed me out of comfort zones I didn’t even realize I had. From navigating shifting friendships and saying goodbye to someone who’d been part of my life for four years, to appearing for two back-to-back semester exams while healing from exhaustion and body pain, it was a period of deep endurance.
Trushna: Same here! I did so much work this year—whether it was renovating my house, decluttering my space and mind, or letting go of people I no longer resonate with. I made peace with them wholeheartedly and released them as I moved forward.
The renovation of my physical space—it may not seem like a big deal, but for me, it was huge. As my house improved, I felt myself improving from the inside as well. Despite my lower back pain, which made me doubt my ability to make these changes, the process helped me immensely. It made me realize how necessary physical health is. 2025 has been very kind and growth-oriented for me—a life-changing year, full of recognition of self-doubt, and physically exhausting. Somehow, though, that’s exactly what I wanted to move forward with.
Arundhati: For me, 2025 taught me to surrender. Being an intuitive person, I usually analyse my intuition before taking any action. This sometimes leads to delays that may or may not serve us. The surrender that I gave to the process, the Universe, and our Guru this year brought me immense peace of mind and surprising clarity. It was as though every door opened as I reached it. I was able to manoeuvre a few obstacles without so much as a stumble, and that has been one of the most eye-opening lessons.
The true lesson is that we don’t need to fight obstacles. We can move around them. We often feel that if we fight, we will become stronger. I think being creative in finding solutions and making the process less frictional is a skill that isn’t spoken about enough.
I also feel that the connections brought to me in 2025 have been a complete and utter joy. How people with the same purpose find each other without even trying is amazing to me.
Saish: Yes! Connections are so important! I spent a week in a village camp, reconnected with my roots on a trip to my native place, and realized how even brief connections can touch your heart when met with kindness and authenticity. I explored my own city with new eyes—visiting historical places, attending local events, and reuniting with family for joint dinners after two long years apart. Meeting my best friend after a year, managing exams, and staying grounded through a personal family challenge reminded me of the quiet strength that comes from faith and patience.
Somewhere along the chaos and uncertainty, things began to unfold beautifully for me. The friend circle I have today feels deeply supportive and aligned, and I find myself surrounded by people who genuinely want to see me grow.
Arundhati: I also feel that getting to work with both of you is kind of destined. Very rarely can people say that the people they work with are all in sync, working towards a common goal. This may feel normal to me, but I don’t take it for granted at all.
Saish: I agree! 2025 also opened doors to meaningful work opportunities like collaborating with a professor, working with both of you, and even with a fashion designer who is also a psychologist. Each of these experiences feels like a stepping stone, gently guiding me toward the person I am becoming. Working at The Anvani Centre has been one of the most fulfilling experiences of my journey so far. In this short span of internships and part-time roles, Anvani has stood out as a space of learning, warmth, and purpose.
Arundhati: If you had to sum it all up, what would you say?
Trushna: As I continue my spiritual learning and undo unwanted beliefs, I am carrying many things with a clear intention—letting go of old patterns and embracing the luxury of awareness and power of gratitude, mastering the art of letting things go.
Arundhati, you taught me that faith must be pure—it cannot be adulterated; there is no second option.
Through Pranic Healing, I have learned more kindness, gratitude towards what I have in my life, the beauty of being firm in my actions, recognizing my purpose, and realizing that what I do is worth the entirety of my life experience. I am carrying consistency—a concept that was once unfamiliar to me—and the lesson that if I change nothing, nothing will change.
Saish: When I look back, I feel 2025 brought a wave of positivity into my life—a sense of lightness, gratitude, and faith in how everything fits together with time. If I were to summarize what 2025 whispered to me, it would be this: trust the process and keep your faith strong. Everything unfolds in its own divine timing. This year deepened my belief in karma, in doing what you can with sincerity, and letting life flow where it’s meant to. As I step into 2026, I carry with me the intention to stay grounded through change, to cherish the present moment, and to spend quality time with the people who matter. We may not know what the future holds, but we can always nurture this moment and create memories that feel like home.
Arundhati: I think I can say for all three of us: 2025 has been challenging, but rewarding. It has been a year that spread us thin and pushed our limits, only to redefine our capacity. Such experiences make us strong and resilient, but also soft and compassionate. Personally, I am proud of both of you, and I’m so happy to have shared this year with you.
And to our lovely Anvani souls—you know how proud we are of you. Each one of you inspires the three of us and encourages us to be our best selves. Thank you!
Wishing you all a very Happy New Year! May 2026 bring to you and your loved ones deep healing, love, success and abundance.
In full faith, SO BE IT!
Love and gratitude,
