Atma namaste all!
Talking about abundance has become a routine for me in recent months. Bringing that here for you just feels like the next logical step.
So, before we get into how we can be abundant, let’s take a moment to understand what abundance really means.

Abundance means fulfilled.
Not rich, not wealthy, not even prosperous. These are only small fractions of abundance. It extends beyond tangible markers to include aspects of our lives we often take for granted—the packed lunch waiting on the table before work, the freshly ironed clothes you pick for the day, the tinge of lip colour you put on while looking in the mirror, the glass of water that quenches your thirst, the book that resonates, the flower you offer in prayer, the nameplate outside your home.
These “normal” parts of life are signs of abundance. The beauty of it is that once you understand its true meaning, you realise you’ve always had it. It flows—it never decreases.
Abundance is the material, the emotional, the mental, the spiritual. It’s an act of love, a state of comfort, the health of the body—all that helps us experience life.
If life is an experience, abundance is the means.
There is no life without it.
Unfortunately, abundance has often been reduced to prosperity—which, by the way, is a wonderful shade of abundance—but this has made it feel purely tangible. It’s time to release that limitation and recognise the larger, more magnificent form abundance takes.
Once that realisation dawns, you become more receptive. You begin to see abundance as a friend, a companion, a teacher. You start to share it—and that’s when it becomes magical. In that state of joy and acceptance, even tangible abundance begins to flow with ease. And life, for those who are truly prosperous, becomes purposeful.
Remember: prosperity comes to those who receive, but stays with those who share. Beyond realisation lies sharing, and with sharing comes receiving.
Through this abundant flow, you start measuring not how much you have, but how much more you can give. Only those who have can give—and you’ll realise you always have something to give.
When it comes to becoming abundant, I have a 5-step plan to step into that energy.
The 5 Steps to Becoming Abundant
1. Observe: Watch yourself without judgment.
2. Understand: Grasp why things are the way they are—the good and the not-so-great.
3. Acknowledge: Admit what you see—your strengths and your weaknesses.
4. Give: Share what you have, with intent.
5. Receive: Accept what comes back with ease, without barriers.
Remember, abundance, prosperity, and wealth are your allies—not things to chase or boast about, but tools to spread love, joy, and goodness.
When you start to live from that space, everything around you begins to move differently. You start to notice how much life has already given you—and how much more it’s ready to give.
