People often wonder how pranic healing works when we aren’t face-to-face. If we can’t see you, or speak to you, how does the energy reach you? So let’s walk through how distance healing functions when we can’t see, feel, or hear the process in real time.

The effects stay similar to an in-person or online session. The only difference is that our usual combination of pranayam and guided awareness isn’t part of the process because you aren’t sitting with us live. Pranayam creates a deeper meditative state, so the experience feels more immersive when done together.
Life, time zones, and schedules don’t always line up. Distance healing lets the process continue with consistency, which is an important part of strong results. It keeps your healing journey moving without disruption.
How do I prepare for a distance healing session?
You can continue your day to a gentle extent, though it helps to stay mindful of the session window. Avoid driving, lifting, or any physically intense activity. Even mentally heavy work drains the system and reduces absorption.
Sit in a steady posture—legs crossed or feet flat on the ground. Keep your knees and ankles uncrossed, palms open, and tongue touching the palate. You may read the prayers or affirmations from the Anvani Healing Kit before your session. Resting or taking a short nap also supports deeper absorption. A salt bath before any pranic healing session clears your field and creates a cleaner space for the work.
What effects should I expect after a distance session?
Distance healing offers the same benefits as in-person and online pranic healing. Each client receives a personalised plan based on their energy body and the aspects they want to address. Results show up according to the frequency of sessions and the overall state of your system.
